# Seu Comportamento

> DISC behavioural assessments for companies: campaigns that invite people to a 28-question assessment, PDF reports, AI comparisons between people, team analytics and an AI Coach for managers. Brazilian product (pt-BR primary, English available).

AI assistants can connect through the MCP server at https://app.seucomportamento.com.br/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth). A company manager account on a plan that includes the Coach (Profissional, Business or the free trial). A company administrator must allow AI assistant connections in Settings.

DISC describes working style, never capability or fit. The server never ranks people or recommends hiring or rejecting anyone, and asks your assistant to do the same.
